Mango, coconut and turmeric itβs definitely a match made in heaven.
When making Overnight oats for breakfast, I always look for ways to add extra vitamins, anti-inflammatory ingredients like turmeric and ginger.
I am a big fan of turmeric and ginger and use it regularly in many of my recipes.
If you didnβt know already some studies suggest that both ginger and turmeric may help decrease inflammation, reduce nausea, relieve pain , and boost the immune system.
It is recommended that turmeric is consumed with a meal since curcumin absorption increases when paired with healthy fats like coconut milk.
Adding mango to these overnight oats is a game changer , too. Mango is not only delicious , itβs packed with nutrients, low in calories, may improve digestive health and boost the immune system.

MANGO GOLDEN MILK OVERNIGHT OATS π±
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
Instructions
- Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and set in the refrigerator overnight !
- In the morning assemble your overnight oat jar in the following order π
- Overnight Golden oats
- Coconut yogurt
- Fresh chopped mango
- Overnight golden oats
- More coconut yogurt
- And more mango
- Add a drizzle of maple syrup !
