Do you enjoy eating cauliflower ? Sharing my Cauliflower dip with you 🤩 wish there was an emoji for it. Do you love the taste of cauliflower than I promise you’ll love my cauliflower dip as well. Easy to make and just a few healthy ingredients.

  1. bring a big pot of water and salt to boil . Add the washed cauliflowers head to water and boil until tender . (15-20 min)
  2. • drain the water and place the cauliflower in a strainer until all the water comes out .
  3. • chop the cauliflower and place in a blender and mix until it’s all processed and no big pieces left .
  4. • transfer to a bowl and add chopped onions , vegan mayo , olive oil, salt and pepper to taste .
  5. Serve as a dip with your favorite fresh cut veggies like: cucumbers, peppers, celery, carrots , green onions, tomatoes and others you might enjoy .
