Iβve combined two of my favorite ingredients to make this delicious panna cotta !
My first favorite is the PlantMilk from @good_karma_foods!
This milk is unsweetened, packed with protein and omega-3s, and made from a deliciously creamy blend of oats, flax, and peas.
And second favorite is my green tea ceremonial matcha powder!
Itβs very important to use a ceremonial grade to add the deep flavor of true matcha.
The culinary matcha wonβt give you to same results in this recipe !
Silky Dreamy Vegan Matcha Panna Cotta

The easiest, most delicious Silky Dreamy Vegan Matcha Panna you will ever make :)
Ingredients
Instructions
- Measure 2 cups of Unsweetened Good Karma PlantMilk in a measuring cup
- In a saucepan add 1 to 1 1/2 tsp green tea matcha powder
- Add a little of the milk to help with mixing the matcha into a thinner consistency using a bamboo whisker
- Next add 1 Tbsp of tapioca flour
- 1/2 Tbsp of Agar Agar Powder
- Add a little more milk and mix again
- Next add 1 cup of date sugar
- Add more milk and mix again
- Next add 1 tsp of cocoa butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix again and add the rest of the milk now !
- Transfer to heat , bring to a boil and cook on medium low for 8 to 10 minutes! Continue stirring with a whisker ! Make sure all the powders are nicely incorporated!
- Pour into your favorite molds , let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour at least !
