Easy, vegan and delicious cake for any occasion!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Start with the dry and than add the wet .
  4. Mix well .
  5. Grease a round cake mold with coconut oil or avocado oil and pour the batter in .
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. REPEAT this recipe to make another cake layer .
  8. Cool down before adding the white frosting 🧁
  9. White Frosting Recipe :
  10. - 250 grams vegan cream cheese - 200 grams coconut whipped cream Mix both together with a mixer until smooth and creamy. It should not be runny . Prepare a piping bag and start decorating the cake 🍰 decorate with fresh cranberries, orange peel and fresh rosemary 🌱
