I wanted for a while now to make my own apple walnut donuts and they came out quite delicious 😋
For this recipe you need a good quality walnut flour , and the best I found is @natureseats .
I love using nut flours for extra plant protein, good fiber and minerals .
These are also fun to make together with your kids…fun to decorated them as they like 🤩

- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Start with the dry and than add the wet . Mix well . Grease a donut pan with coconut oil or avocado oil and pour the batter in . bake for 25 minutes. Cool down , drizzle melted chocolate ( My favorite is coconut blossom chocolate chips from www.santabarbarachocolate.com .
