Super delicious Vegan & GF Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
These pancakes are the best pancakes to make during fall season ππ
Apples and cinnamon are a matcha made in heaven.
But, are pancakes a healthy meal to have for breakfast ?
Well, to cut this story short , it all comes down to the ingredients used in the batter .
I only like using ingredients that I know , my gut will thank me for it !
Nowadays, there are so many toxic ingredients used in our food , unnecessarily ingredients and very inflammatory .
I like to sweetened my pancakes with a healthier option and that is maple syrup or date syrup !( of course you have to use them in moderation)
To make these pancakes vegan , I used a so called β flaxeggβ which is a mixture of ground up flaxseeds and water.
And to replace the milk , my go to plant milk is oat milk or coconut milk.
These pancakes are not going to taste like the regular, unhealthy pancakes you might find at a restaurant , but on the contrary they are still delicious and made with healthy ingredients.

- Cook apples in a pan, on the stove with cinnamon, 1 tbsp coconut sugar and 1 tbsp coconut oil for 10 to 12 min π€©
- Mix all ingredients for the pancakes with a hand mixer or electric mixer works well,too
- Make as many pancakes as you like ( depending on the size you prefer )
- Enjoy π
