• - 2 freshly picked garden tomatoes ( or 2 heirloom tomatoes 🍅)
• - 1 avocado
• - vegan feta cheese
• - 12 to 14 basil 🌿 leaf
• - toasted sesame seeds or toasted pine nuts
• - 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
• - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive 🫒 oil
• - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
