I've started a few good years ago educating myself about beauty products and why is important for my health to pick the best options out there. Of course after a long research I've realized I was doing so many things the wrong way , BUT I am very glad it was not to late to wake up, as it's never to late for you, too .

After a long period of research of so many ingredients, I've learned in most part that if you can't read or understand an ingredient in what you buy you should not use that product on your skin ( just like you would do for food ) because, what we put into our bodies and on our skin should have very few ingredients that are easy to read and recognize.
